Well, I got Jennie's prezzie in town yesterday. And I made her cake. Just iced it today, and my dad's going to decorate it. He's got a cool design in mind. It's her birthday tomorrow. She's going out to her friend's birthday party then. That’s very odd. I mean, her friend's birthday is another day, she just decided to hijack Jen's birthday for her own party. Am I the only one who thinks that's real bad?
I bought Cube yesterday too. I did look at the Stargate DVDs, but they cost £20, so forget that! They're on sale on Amazon at the moment, between £4.97-£6.97, but I don't know if I should get them or not. I mean, what if someone gets me them for my birthday? Not likely, I suppose. And even if they did, they probably wouldn't get *those* ones. But I don't know if I want to risk it. On the other hand, if I don't they might go back up to full price. What a dilemma!
Got a letter from the hospital today, got to make another appointment. I don't see the point, they already established that there's nothing wrong that they can fix or whatever, why don't they just leave it at that? Still, it's something to do, I suppose!
Haven't watched Cube yet. I was going to watch it today, but I have other stuff that technically I should be doing instead. But I'll probably watch it. Then I've got to wrap up Jennie's prezzie and write her card. I was going to make one, but I didn't. Got one in Smiths for an extortionate price. And it says 'congratulations' on it! What's with that? I mean, doesn't it sound a bit like 'congratulations on making it to 18. Now lets see if you can keep alive for another year!' Or does it just seem that way to me? Well, I'd have got a different one, but all the others were pink and girly.
