My parents are on a mission to drive me insane. Well, my mum is, anyway. They're going on holiday tonight, but for some reason she thinks that she has to leave the house spotless, and so since it is absolutely imperative that the house be cleaner than it has ever been before, I have to help. Which would be (almost) fair enough if I was going to be flying to Greece in a few hours too, but I'm staying home. I'm going to be at work tomorrow. So why should I spend my day off helping her clean and tidy an already perfectly okay house? Does this make sense, or am I really being as selfish as she claims?

I'm going to hide out in my room and watch Monk. At least he makes cleaning up funny...
