Look, it says so here and here How cool is that? Bothers me a little bit though that this might mean he's not in Doctor Who any more. I mean sure having his own show is way cool, but I liked him in Who...
Plus, Doctor Who spin off? Not sure I like that idea much, and remember how well 'K-9 and Company' did? Still, maybe the Doctor and Rose'll turn up every now and then.
